Automated Healthcare – Washington’s Landing

During the 1980s and 1990s Washington’s Landing (formerly known as Herr’s Island) went through a major redevelopment. The abandoned industrial uses were replaced with townhomes, a marina and business park, including Automated Healthcare, all of which are located on a brownfield. Klavon designed the site to integrate into the new adjacent surroundings. The project included landscaping, outdoor seating/eating areas, parking, walks, and trails.
