Overview

Klavon developed planning and programming documentation to support the renovation of a building at Fort McNair. The building is a contributing resource to the Historic District at Fort McNair; this was a major factor in developing planning documents for the facility. Klavon’s services included a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Report, review of existing hazmat assessment reports, performing a requirements analysis for conversion of the building, conducting a planning charrette and report, preparing a DD Form 1391 for Maintenance and Repair including the economic analysis, and developing notional site and floor plans.
