Dina’s portfolio spans a wide range of project types and scales, from community gathering spots to large-scale master plans across the country. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to sustainability, equity, and the belief that well-designed spaces can transform lives and strengthen communities. Passionate about the future of the profession, Dina currently serves on the Pennsylvania State Board of Landscape Architects, where she advocates for design that’s forward-thinking, accessible, and community-centered.
Rachelle Wolf, RLA, LEED AP
Director of Landscape Architecture
Rachelle is a seasoned landscape architect known for her integrated approach to design, sustainability, and project delivery. With a background spanning master planning, urban design, and site development, she brings both creative vision and technical expertise to every phase of a project. As a skilled project manager, Rachelle leads multidisciplinary teams through complex projects—overseeing budgets, schedules, client coordination, and consultant collaboration to ensure outcomes are on time, on budget, and aligned with the project's goals. Her leadership is marked by clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and a commitment to quality from concept to construction. Her technical experience includes grading and drainage design, construction detailing, planting plans, cost estimating, and specifications. She also leads the firm’s LEED® integration and documentation efforts, ensuring projects meet rigorous environmental and performance standards.
David Chase, RA
Director of Architecture
Dave brings a unique, cross-functional background that spans architecture, project management, design-build, construction, marketing, and IT/office operations. With hands-on experience across a wide range of project types—including single- and multi-family residential, historic renovations, adaptive reuse, accessibility upgrades, nonprofit developments, government facilities, and commercial/retail spaces—Dave is a versatile leader who bridges strategy and execution. Known for his analytical mindset and practical problem-solving, Dave applies critical thinking and deductive reasoning to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and keep projects on time and on budget. His ability to manage complexity while aligning teams and goals makes him a vital force in delivering efficient, impactful, and resilient outcomes.
Eva LaGard, ASLA, LEED Green Associate
Landscape Designer/Planner
Eva brings a versatile skill set that spans from detailed site design to large-scale master planning, with a particular focus on federal and military projects. She specializes in translating big-picture planning concepts into clear, detailed technical documents that support sustainable and resilient site development. Eva’s work enhances the efficiency and functionality of federal installations by employing data-driven planning, low-impact design techniques, and aligning closely with Department of Defense and federal sustainability goals. Known for her thoughtful and proactive approach, Eva is a strong collaborator who asks the right questions to drive projects forward and uncover innovative solutions. Technically proficient in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling, Eva uses tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visualizations and technical plans that facilitate clear communication with teams and stakeholders.

Kurt is driven by a holistic and comprehensive approach to the design process. Despite having a strong academic background in traditional Architecture, he’s very passionate about Urban Planning, Regenerative Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, and more. Kurt’s intense work ethic and passion for visual storytelling make him a great asset to the diverse set of projects completed at Klavon Design Associates. Fueled by his strong relationships and passion for people, Kurt strives to strengthen communities with an inclusive planning process centered around sustainable frameworks. Bridging technical precision with artful problem-solving, he creates work that’s full of creative expression while maintaining resilience and functionality. In addition to a strong proficiency in writing, hand-drafting, and watercolor, he specializes in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, and SketchUp.
